Had a wonderful time staying here. Fatima met me at the apartment, was friendly, and accommodating. The apartment is conveniently located next to a supermarket and within 5 min walking distance from the Metro to anywhere in the city. The neighborhood itself had many local cafes for food, coffee, and drinks to spend a quiet Sunday afternoon after touring the city. For my time there, it felt like a home away from home. I am looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Valencia. Highly recommend!

Fátima was a great host - very fast and good communication, and really helpful! The apartment was great, with lots of nice artwork and detail. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower water pressure was really strong! The location was really quiet and residential, just a 5 minute walk from both Safranar and Patraix metro stations, and only a 20 minute walk to Russafa and a 30 minute walk right into the centre! There is a Mercadona (supermarket) next door which was ideal! I would recommend Fátima’s place, especially if you’re looking for a more real experience in Valencia away from all the tourists :)

¡Piso 100% recomendable!
Es mejor que en las fotos, es pequeñito pero muy muy cómodo. Está a 5 minutos del metro, a 2 paradas del centro de Valencia y la estación de Rodalies que te comunica con todos los pueblos y zonas de la provincia y tiene un Mercadona grande justo al lado.
Fatima es un encanto y está disponible en todo momento.

O apartamento é novo, limpo e muito bonito. Conforto de um bom hotel, com a privacidade de um lar. O melhor Airbnb em que já estive. Situado ao lado de um Mercadona e próximo da estação do metrô.
Fátima muito atenciosa desde o primeiro contato. E foi muito gentil ao deixar várias opções para desjejum.

Het is een prima plek. Ik heb er in mijn eentje 2 weken gelogeerd om Spaans te studeren. Je kunt er gemakkelijk verblijven, voldoende ruimte,en ik heb er ook heel best kunnen koken. Bed en badkamer goed. Een echt fijne stoel zou ik nog opprijs hebben gesteld. Maar bij een korter verblijf mis je dat niet.
Verbinding richting stad is ook goed te doen, zowelmet ov als lopend. Al met al aan te bevelen!

This was a perfect flat to base myself while I was in Valencia. Its a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Its not in the heart of the city if that's what you're looking for. Plenty of bars, shops & restaurants around it though. Fátima was fantastic, there were a couple of hiccups, the key didn't work very well in the main entrance, the storm blew the air con but Fátima came and sorted out both things really quickly. She's also very pleasant and easy to talk to. There was a little noise from the street and neighbouring flats but then again I did visit during Fallas. I'd highly recommend her place.

The host very approachable from the beginning of the reservation until the end. Communication is easy and rapid. Fatima also prepared some small things like drinks and sweets as a sort of welcome. That is very kind.

July 2021Dieses Apartment in Patraix eignet sich sehr gut für ein bis zwei Menschen, die Valencia erkunden möchten. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist knapp 5 Minuten entfernt und mit den Linien 1, 2 und 7 sind die bekannten Ziele der Stadt nicht weit entfernt (5 Min Fahrtzeit ins Zentrum).
Fátima hat mich an der Haustür empfangen, mir unkompliziert die Wohnung gezeigt und mich auf die freundlicherweise vorhandenen Lebensmittel zur freien Verfügung hingewiesen. Außerdem waren OP-Masken und Desinfektionstücher vorhanden. Ohne es viel genutzt zu haben, scheint mir die Ausstattung zur Essenszubereitung ausreichend für die meisten einfachen Gerichte.

June 2021lovely comfortable functional apartment that has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Also, next door to a huge supermarket and 5minute walk from the metro (also a bio/organic food shop next to the metro). With the metro you are in the beautiful old town centre of Valencia in 15 minutes (5 minutes to the metro and 10minutes in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) walk to the centre is a quite far but doable. There is also the option of bicycle share (there's a station at the corner, by the metro) and it is a straight-forward short ride with the bike to the centre.
Fátima is lovely, kind-hearted and very accomodating.

This is a superb flat, very comfy, well appointed and very clean in a great location: quiet, yet only a couple of km from the heart of the old part of Valencia. And Fatima is a wonderful host. I couldn't imagine how it could be any better for what I'm looking for, to combine remote working with convenient and comfortable living and experiencing the superb city of Valencia.

Sono tornata a trovare Fatima dopo meno di quindici giorni da quando avevo lasciato il suo appartamento. Stavolta è stato come tornare a "casa mia". Un soggiorno perfetto in un appartamento di piccole dimensioni, ma in cui non mancano tutte le cose indispensabili per vivere comodi e tranquilli. Ottima la vicinanza al supermercato del Mercadona che sta a pochi passi da casa e il fatto che sia molto vicina anche alla fermata della metropolitana di Patraix. Fatima è una eccellente padrona di casa, molto sollecita e che risponde ad ogni richiesta di aiuto in pochissimi minuti. E' un'amica e, nonostante le difficoltà dovute alla lingua, riesce a comprendere benissimo le mie esigenze. Grazie Fatima, ti rinnovo gli auguri di Buone Feste, un abbraccio, Anna :))

Fatima è una persona speciale. Fin dalle prime comunicazioni fatte prima della prenotazione, ha capito perfettamente le mie esigenze e anche i miei problemi. In effetti la mia non è stata una vera e propria vacanza, ma avevo esigenze molto precise e dovevo trovare un'ubicazione perfetta che mi permettesse di muovermi agevolmente nella città di Valencia e nei suoi dintorni. Avendo la metropolitana comoda, a pochi passi dalla sua casa, sono riuscita a portare a termine tranquillamente tutti gli impegni che avevo in programma nella mia agenda per gli undici giorni di permanenza. Con Fatima ci siamo sintonizzati subito nel modo giusto e il nostro soggiorno nella sua casa è stata proprio ottimale. La casa è nuova e Fatima ce l'ha fatta trovare perfettamente pulita e in ordine. I servizi sono essenziali e adeguati per una famiglia di 2 o 3 persone. E' stato molto comodo poter utilizzare anche il garage interno del palazzo. Mi sono trovata talmente bene, che dovendo tornare a Valencia nei primi mesi del prossimo anno, farò di nuovo una prenotazione da lei. Hi Fatima and many thanks. :)

El piso está genial. A 25 minutitos andando del centro, tiene metro y autobús cerca tanto para ir a la playa como para ir a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias o al centro. Supermercado justo al lado. Un inconveniente para estancias largas podría ser el internet que tiene límite de datos. En general el piso está estupendo y Fátima muy amable y ante cualquier problema siempre dispuesta a ayudar.

This apartment was really new and had everything I needed. The building was only about 10 years old. There was air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The internet worked great. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with as well as a washing machine for your clothes. The location is very close to Patraix metro stop as well as a very large Mercadona Supermarket among other stores and restaurants. Fatima was very helpful in giving me information about the apartment and the surrounding area. She responded quickly to texts if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend her apartment and stay there again.

Excellent apartment, very good location. The apartment has everything you need, very clean. In the next house of Mercadona, in a couple of minutes walk the metro and bus stops. Fatima provided all the necessary information about the city, transport. I highly recommend this accommodation. Еще хочу добавить на русском (мне так проще:), квартира очень уютная, в ней приятно находиться. До центра можно при желании пройти пешком. Но все-таки советую на автобусе, это сэкономит время и силы для осмотра достопримечательностей. Также на автобусе стоит доехать до пляжа:)

Ubicación perfecta para estar en Fallas, en una zona bastante tranquila donde descansar después de todo el jaleo de la ciudad, el piso es muy bonito, coqueto y aprovechado al milímetro, Fátima es un encanto en el trato y hasta tuvo el detalle de dejarnos cosas para desayunar y varios folletos sobre todo lo que podíamos ver en Fallas, una experiencia de 10!!

This is a superb flat, very comfy, well appointed and very clean in a great location: quiet, yet only a couple of km from the heart of the old part of Valencia. And Fatima is a wonderful host. Fatima was great. She speaks perfect English, responded to all communications promptly and was friendly and helpful - always had plenty of recommendations for sightseeing and local events of interest. The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable, with a little balcony. It's a little bit out from the city centre (for walking) but there are a couple of metro stations within a few minutes walk and a 10 minute metro ride will take you to the old town centre. There's also a major supermarket right beside it which is great for shopping. Overall, a very pleasant apartment and host.

В квартире светло, чисто, комфортно, очень удобная двуспальная кровать, с ортопедическим матрасом и подушками. Appartement propre, lumineux, bien équipé dans un immeuble récent. Tout est bien décrit sur le site. Fátima m'a très bien reçu et informe bien des possibles touristiques de la ville. Tout ce qu'il faut pour l'usage courant dans le quartier. Métro proche avec ligne direct pour la plage ou la vieille ville. Les bus aussi mais j'ai pas essayé. C'est pas centre-ville mais c'est une alternative qui change aussi. Je recommande.

Muito atenciosa e simpática, a anfitriã Fátima é um exemplo de como atender bem aos seus inquilinos. Ela foi extremamente gentil em todas as suas atitudes e nos faz querer recomendá-la sem pensar duas vezes. Fatima is a very sensitive and tender person. In the ordinary sense of the word we were lavished attentions all days of our staying in Valencia. We remember with thanks every minute of our communication. The apartment follows through with its description. The house is well located beside the metro central zone (bonometro A), but the historic downtown is able to get without Metro. A foot walk will take 15-20 minutes. There is a comfortable underground parking, quite an opposite – a grocery store. The street is green and quiet. Highly recommend! Many thanks, Fatima!

Fallas 2013!! Mi mujer y yo nos decidimos por disfrutar este año de las Fallas de Valencia y ha sido todo un acierto. El apartamento que hemos cogido,ha sido genial, super limpio, muy cómodo, con una boca de metro a 3 minutos. Está cerca del centro, en un barrio tranquilo, con muchos servicios y muy cómodo para conocer la ciudad. Lo mejor ha sido nuestra anfitriona. Fátima nos preparó un dossier con muchísimos folletos informativos de la ciudad, planos, programas de fiestas, situación de las principales fallas, nos contó lo que podiamos ver, nos orientó, nos dijo los lugares para tomar horchata, nos guió por la ciudad, haciendonos mas fácil el disfrutar de los dias. en definitiva, recomiendo tanto el apartamento como a Fátima, una anfitriona pendiente de nosotros desde antes de llegar a Valencia.
